U.S. ⇄ West Africa · Freight & FDA Compliance

Your cargo. Moved right.

Pallet and container freight between the U.S. and West Africa. And the FDA paperwork that gets food across the border.

What we do

01FDA U.S. Agent

Every foreign food facility shipping to the U.S. must name a U.S. Agent. We hold that role for exporters in Liberia, Cameroon, and across West Africa. A real person in New York who answers when FDA calls. Monthly retainer, no surprises.

02FSVP Programs

Importing food into the U.S. requires a written Foreign Supplier Verification Program. We build it: hazard analysis, supplier evaluation, verification records. Done once, done right, ready for inspection.

03Prior Notice Filing

No confirmed Prior Notice, no entry. We file it for every food shipment and hold the confirmation before your cargo arrives. Flat fee per shipment.

04Pallet Freight

One pallet minimum, both directions. Booked through licensed U.S. ocean carriers, quoted in writing, nothing added later. Churches, shops, associations, and businesses. Not a barrel service.

05Origin Services

Liberia and Cameroon are home turf. Aggregation, quality inspection, export documents, and container loading at Monrovia and Douala. We have people on the ground because we are from the ground.

06Market Access

You grow it, we help it land. Route design, U.S. regulatory strategy, and buyer readiness for West African exporters entering the American market.

We're the New York arm of Duncan & Borghetti, a farmer held West African commodity group with farms in Liberia and growers in Cameroon's Oku Highlands. A registered New York LLC. Look us up. We'll wait.

/

We move our own coffee through the same process we sell. Registration, U.S. Agent, FSVP, Prior Notice, phytosanitary, entry. Your file gets built the way ours does, because it is the same file.

/

You get one named person and a WhatsApp thread that actually answers. Same person, start to finish.

/

Freight moves on licensed U.S. ocean carriers. If we can't handle something right, we say so and point you to someone who can. That honesty is the whole business model.

The questions everyone asks

What is the smallest shipment you take?

One pallet. We do not ship barrels or loose boxes. If your cargo fits on a pallet, we can move it. If it is smaller, we will point you to someone good.

How long does shipping take?

West Africa cargo usually transships in Europe or Morocco, so we quote a window, not a date. You get the honest range in writing before you book, and the vessel details once it is moving.

Do you ship cars?

Not right now. Vehicle export has strict title and customs rules and we only offer what we can stand behind. Ask us and we will tell you when that changes.

I export food to the U.S. What do I actually need?

An active FDA facility registration, a U.S. Agent, a Foreign Supplier Verification Program, and a confirmed Prior Notice for every shipment. We provide all four. If your registration renewal is due this year, talk to us now, not in December.

What does it cost?

Compliance work is a flat monthly retainer or a fixed project fee. Freight is quoted per shipment in writing. No estimates that grow later.
